Infrastructure
The quest for perfection and quality starts right from the raw material stage and continues to the finished product. The entire production is managed in-house, to ensure that all specifications and quality requirements are met promptly and accurately. An elaborate system to control and monitor all orders is done through an Order Management System, which tracks the status of each order in production.
KNITTING
Our most sophisticated and modern knitting machines all, imported from abroad are capable of providing the most intricate knitting designs/patterns required to suit the changing trends. All machines have Lycra attachment.
DYEING
Our dyeing unit is situated in the outskirts of Tirupur and has the facility of doing sample programs and bulk production having automatic lab dip machines and manual lab dip machines besides water effluent treatment plants all these facilities enable us to add new customers.
COMPACTING
We always make sure that the customers get quality fabric and so, great care is taken to finish the fabric using the latest technology in our compacting divisions. Fabrics are compacted according to the quality control measures. Shrinkage is well controlled within permissible limits. Compactors Fab-con and Ferraro that we use retain the structure as well as the design while effecting compaction.
EMBROIDERY
We have a splendid range of embroidery to suit any styles, any garments as you have an option to choose from a wide range, designs, and colors which are fully computer-aided, fully automatic machines which enable the rarest embroideries up to 12 colors and applique work.
PRINTING
Chest Printing Machines with 10,000 pieces a day. To print up to 12 colors chest printing with Non-PVC also.
All type of Prints Like Plastisol prints, Foil prints, Flock prints, High-density prints, Gel prints, Matt prints are made in-house which gives the Value addition in the garments.
SAMPLING AND PATTERN MAKING
We have a separate sample section with advanced equipments including Gerber CAD system and High Tec pattern scanner to meet the customers sample requirement without any compromise.
CUTTING AND SEWING
The garments division is also well equipped with all the latest machinery to make contemporary style and to ensure a perfect finish of garments which is the outcome of planned workflow and quality control systems. Modernized production unit with imported spreading machines and lay cutting machines, high-tech power sewing machines and finishing machines are readily available.
CHECKING
Inspection/Finishing Unit independent of production to ensure the Quality and Specifications of Buyers are met.
IRONING
Stream Ironing the Finished products to packing quickly. Garments are steam processed to remove any wrinkles.
PACKING
They are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch. Packing the Finished Products for shipment
