We are a second generation manufacturer of knit apparel continuing in the tradition of combining native skills and cutting edge technology to produce high-end wearable garments. Our production facility which has steadily grown over the last two decades is now vertically integrated with state of the art machinery in all segments of garment manufacturing like spinning, knitting, processing, sewing, printing, and embroidery.

We believe in producing garments without guilt and as such completely understand our social responsibilities towards our employees. Our factory is free of child and forced labor. Employees work in a non-coercive and non-discriminative atmosphere and are allowed to associate, organize, and bargain collectively in a lawful manner. All health and safety standards are strictly followed.

Yarn
We source yarn from our sister concern and also from outside sources for all required counts including color mélange yarn organic yarn from Govt certified sources and special yarns.

Knitting
We have own knitting factory, that operates with a fleet of imported Unitex Brand Circular Knitting Machines. The combined throughput of the factory in a single day on a single shift basis is 5000 Kgs of Greige Fabric. The following are the machines installed at the Knitting Factory

• Double Jersey – Rib Machines – 5 Nos ( Lycra Attachment )
• Double Jersey – Interlock Machines – 8 Nos ( Lycra Attachment )
• Single Jersey Machines – 17 Nos ( Lycra Attachment )

Dyeing
We have our sister concern for dying for all fabric nature which is equipped with 9 soft flow machines with capacity ranging from 25 kgs to 1250 kgs which can produce average 4-5 tons per day.

Garment Production
The garment factory is involved with the Understanding of Buyer requirements / Specifications and fulfillment of the same. The Garment Factory interacts with the Buyer, Buyer’s Agents, Inspection Agents, and Forwarding Agents and a range of contractors.
UNIT: The Garment factory operates with the following Machines.

• Straight knife cutting machine – 3 No
• Multi-Thread Over Lock sewing Machines – 30 Nos
• Multi-Thread Flat-Lock Sewing Machines – 10 Nos
• Single Needle Lock Stitch Machines – 30 Nos

The factory can produce about 50000 Pieces/month of basic style and polo’s or garments with different workmanship about 20000 pcs / month.

Printing Unit
We have own printing factory, that is equipped with the latest in Automatic fabric printing Machines of Hebecker Gmbh, Germany. The production set up of the printing factory allows for any type of printing (Non-PVC prints, Plastisol Prints, Reactive Prints, Flock Prints Discharge etc..) to be carried out with ease. The printing factory has a capacity of 10,000 Pieces per day.

Embroidery Unit

We have own embroidery Factory that is equipped with 4 Nos of Multihead, Multi-Thread Tajima makes Machines from Japan. These machines can also be used with sequin attachment. The factory has a production capacity of 2000 Pieces per day on a single shift basis when the number of stitches in the design does not exceed 10,000 stitches.
